Stevie® Award: Innovation in Customer Service
Billhighway’s Client Care team was presented with a Bronze Stevie® Award in the Innovation in Customer Service category in the 7th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. The awards were presented to honorees during a gala banquet on February 25th at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas. More than 300 nominated customer service and sales executives from the U.S. and several other countries attended. More than 100 members of eight specialized judging committees determined Stevie Award placements from among the Finalists during final judging this year.
THINKStrategies Best of SaaS Showplace Award 2012
The honor of the THINKStrategies Best of SaaS (Software as a Service) Showplace Award is based on the measurable results derived from Billhighway’s cloud-based accounting solutions is the 16,000-member Tri Delta fraternal organization. The nonprofit had been using manual bookkeeping for chapter financial management. Twelve months after launching Billhighway, Tri Delta experienced a 24 percent improvement in net income over the previous year. We are dedicated to leading more nonprofits in the direction of best financial management practices to help their organizations grow and accomplish their missions.
Valued Client, Delta Delta Delta, Honored with National SuperNova Award
Valued Billhighway client, Tri Delta, has been honored with the SuperNova Award for their leadership in adopting IT practices within their organization. Their initiatives in technology has allowed them to improve their business practices as well as contribute more money to their national philanthropic partner, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. National 101 Best and Brightest Company to Work For 2012
It was announced in the first week of November that Billhighway was chosen as a 2012 101 Best and Brightest National winner. After being honored as a 101 Best and Brightest Company to Work For in Metro Detroit, they went on to the national level to end up in the pool of 101 winners from the Best and Brightest companies in the nation!
