Billhighway CEO Vincent Thomas Joins Board of Small Business Association of Michigan
- Small businesses employ more than half of the country’s workforce.
- The nation’s small businesses are the backbone of creativity and production.
- With more than 60 percent of all private sector, non-farm jobs coming from small business, it is a proven fact that small businesses are critical to the United States’ economy.
Given these economic realities, coupled with Billhighway’s continued commitment to the health of our home state of Michigan, we’re proud to announce that Billhighway’s Chief Executive Officer and Founder Vincent Thomas joins the Small Business Association of Michigan as a member of the board of directors.
Vince accepts his three-year board term at the Small Business Association of Michigan’s annual meeting today in Lansing, Michigan, June 21, 2012.
Serving the state’s small business community since 1969, the Small Business Association of Michigan offers comprehensive programs and services to improve the business climate and conditions in which small businesses operate.
Vince brings the voice of the state’s young entrepreneurs and the technology sector perspective to the business advocacy group.
“The Small Business Association of Michigan represents the heart of the state’s economic health – the one that drives the most economic impact,” notes Vincent Thomas. “I’m pleased to represent the state’s entrepreneurial and technology community as a board member, working to help encourage small business creation and growth.”
Congratulations, Vince, on this important effort.
