Membership Hack: Career-Stage Mentorships
Each year, members of the Illinois Park and Recreation Association have the opportunity to apply to IPRA’s ProConnect mentorship program. It works to increase engagement with other members and staff by grouping members based on compatible characteristics, geographic location and career stage. Membership Hack: Referral Incentives
This summer, the Association of Academic Physiatrists launched a member acquisition campaign to incentivize member referrals and it worked!
