The Institute of Management Accountants uses microsites that chapter volunteers manage to drive online member engagement while maintaining IMA brand consistency. The sites are easy to configure and help boost event attendance.
How to hack it? With more than 300 chapters worldwide, the Institute of Management Accountants offers a helping hand with maintaining and managing their digital presence.
IMA’s chapter microsites are templated web pages that are easy for chapters to create and manage, consistent with brand guidelines. The microsites have some integrations with IMA’s website, making it easier to cross-post and disseminate information online.
“With IMA syndication, we can push out global events to each chapter website, making this a win-win,” says Patricia Stefanczyk, CAE, vice president of governance and volunteer relations. “Chapters can also post their events and create unique content on each individual site.”
