Billhighway expands its commitment to better serve the fraternal industry.

Billhighway, a provider of financial solutions for fraternal organizations, has hired Stacia Skoog to fill the newly created position of Fraternal Industry Advisor. With over 30 years of experience in the fraternal industry, Stacia will play a key role in making sure Billhighway’s expanded commitment generates greater results for clients. “In Stacia’s short time here, she has made a great contribution to the team with her extensive knowledge of the Fraternal Industry” said Tom Bomberski, President at Billhighway.

As our team focuses on developing our advisory capability and bringing more technology choices to the market, her expertise around fraternal operations will help us produce the best solutions for our fraternal clients.

Stacia most recently served as International Fraternity President for Delta Gamma Fraternity from 2014-2018, where she was previously the Director of Finance. As Fraternal Industry Advisor, Stacia will leverage her past experience with fraternal chapters, housing and foundations to provide valuable insights while making sure Billhighway sees and understands the needs of its fraternal clients.

Served as Chief Executive Officer of Delta Gamma Fraternity’s 250,000 member international women’s fraternity from 2014-2018. Guided strategic vision of the Fraternity, through policy development, and oversight of operations. Served as chairman of the seven member Fraternity Council. Directly supervised the Fraternity Executive Director, National Panhellenic Conference Delegation, Fraternity Constitutions and Elections Chairman, Nominating Committee, and the Parliamentarian.

Additional responsibilities included: Trustee, Delta Gamma Foundation Board of Trustees; Director, Fraternity House Corporation and Fraternity Management Corporation; Member, Fraternity Finance Committee; Joint Fraternity/Foundation Finance Committee, and Fraternity Employment Committee.
