Introducing the Fraternal Solutions Team
Billhighway is pleased to formally introduce the company’s innovative Fraternal Solutions Team.
The Fraternal Solutions Team evolved from the company’s former Client Relations Team, as a result of feedback from their most recent client feedback survey. The reorganization comes with adjustments in workflows and team management, allowing Billhighway to better serve their clients.
Michael Medonis has been selected to lead the team as Billhighway’s Growth & Operations Leader of Fraternal Solutions.
“I’m excited to take on my new role, and to lead the Fraternal Solutions Team as we advance in our mission to deliver excellent care to the organizations who trust us to provide the technological solutions they need to achieve their goals. I firmly believe in the Fraternal experience and the mission of developing and empowering young men and women to be tomorrow’s leaders, ” said Medonis.
The team is set to take the lead on Billhighway’s recent contract renewals with two long-term fraternal partners: Alpha Sigma Tau Sorority and Phi Sigma Sigma Fraternity.
Alpha Sigma Tau Sorority
Alpha Sigma Tau’s sorority is headquartered out of Indianapolis, Indiana, where they manage over 90 chapters located throughout the nation. Billhighway has served Alpha Sigma Tau’s financial management needs since 2009. The renewal contract is a multi-year agreement that allows for partnership growth.
“Working with Billhighway makes financial management among chapters simpler, which makes our job at headquarters much easier. In our line of work for mission-driven, values-based organizations, a trustworthy partner we can count on for transparency and reliability means everything. We’re relieved to know we’re in good hands, and we’re excited to work with Billhighway’s Fraternal Solutions Team in the years ahead,” shared Alpha Sigma Tau’s Chief Executive Officer/Chief Audit Executive, Jim Paponetti.
Phi Sigma Sigma Fraternity
Phi Sigma Sigma has spent many years building a partnership with the Billhighway team. The fraternity, which is headquartered in Elkridge, Maryland, boasts more than 150 chapters and 60,000 lifetime members. All active chapters will continue to utilize Billhighway’s services, as the organization renewed their contract in a multi-year agreement.
“It’s long-term partnerships with clients like Alpha Sigma Tau and Phi Sigma Sigma that help us grow and learn as an organization,” said Billhighway’s President, Tom Bomberski. “They provide us with unique insight that gives us ideas for new ventures and client services, like our Fraternal Solutions Team.”
