Greekbill, which became part of the Billhighway family in 2018, recently signed contracts with Alpha Chi Rho and Phi Kappa Sigma fraternities, who will utilize the technology to manage finances throughout their organizations.

With the greekbill system, both fraternities will be able to invoice and receive member dues, pay chapter expenses, administer contracts, manage financial reports, and even file taxes. The system allows chapter members to pay dues over the phone, online, or by mail, and a variety of payment methods are accepted. In addition to making the financial aspect of group financial management simple, greekbill utilizes Billhighway’s Partner Marketplace, which provides chapter administrators with member management tools that work in tandem with the greekbill technology.

As an example, one of Billhighway and greekbill’s partners is ChapterSpot, a member management tool that helps Greek organizations track member data, collaborate, and automate workflows. As part of the contract, Phi Kappa Sigma will be using ChapterSpot in conjunction with greekbill, to manage chapter finances and member data.

Alpha Chi Rho will use greekbill for the entire fraternity in this year. Phi Kappa Sigma has already begun using greekbill for their whole organization. Both fraternities are employing greekbill’s invoicing, payment management system, expense administration, including purchase card capabilities, and budgeting tools.
