We enable team members to grow and learn through our training programs, including the Billhighway Academy, in which junior developers are immersed in an intensive multi-month training and mentoring program that exposes them to all critical aspects of the Billhighway ecosystem and allows them to expand other crucial developer skill sets.

We don’t just keep the job itself in mind when we look to fit specific needs to a team member, we also keep in mind the importance of work-life balance by providing a positive and healthy atmosphere. With wellness activities including massage, on-site exercise classes such as

  • chefs brought in to demonstrate good nutrition and healthy cooking habits

The Team Member Success department has gone above and beyond to implement new programs to contribute to our exceptional workplace culture, however what might truly be the defining factor is something that cannot be taught or implemented, but something that comes from within.  Our team members share a passion to do more good, give back to their communities, and create positive change.

To spread the impact, we’ve provided volunteer opportunities for over ten different charities just in the past year.  Our charitable giving programs provide team members and even interns with paid time off to volunteer for a cause that is near and dear to them.  Brenda Gallick summed up our formula for success, “I believe the secret is in knowing your people and continuously finding the right mix of what works for your team.”
