As an Associate .NET Developer at Billhighway, you will apply your problem-solving skills to address and document issues, learn to investigate root causes, and contribute to creative solutions for maintaining the smooth operation of our SaaS platforms. Additionally, you’ll assist in designing and developing solutions, with a focus on enhancing the quality, stability, and reliability of the platform under the guidance of experienced team members. 

What you will do:

  • Design, develop, and support the Billhighway suite of applications, using C#, SQL, Javascript and other software languages, as needed. 
  • Ensure the operational stability and resiliency of the software applications developed, both pre- and post-deployment. 
  • Produce documentation of process and techniques used to remediate escalated issues and develop guides on how to perform essential job functions, to improve future developer onboarding. 
  • Handling periodic on-call duty and out-of-band requests.



As a QA Automation Lead at Billhighway, you will be responsible for leading the automation testing efforts, with a focus on implementing and maintaining automation frameworks.  Using your hands-on experience, you will be responsible for improving the overall quality, efficiency, stability, and reliability of our platforms.  Further, your leadership skills will be pivotal in positively influencing the QA team in the benefits and best use of test automation.

What you will do:

  • Lead the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of automation frameworks to ensure scalability and efficiency.
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable, reusable, and efficient automation frameworks and ensure the frameworks integrate into our CI/CD pipelines.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, implement best practices, and drive efficiency in testing processes.
  • Set the direction for automation testing strategies, aligning them with company objectives and industry best practices.
  • Drive initiatives focused on elevating the overall quality, stability, and reliability of our software platforms.
  • Represent the Product Development team by skilled interactions with internal and external clients to inspire confidence, ensure transparency and manage overall expectations.
  • Mentor team members on proper techniques to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with the team standards.

As a Senior .NET Developer at Billhighway, you will utilize your advanced problem-solving skills to design and develop solutions, with a keen focus on improving the overall quality, stability and reliability of the platforms.  Further, you will diagnose and resolve escalated issues, investigate root causes, and develop creative solutions to ensure the smooth operation of the platforms.

  • Participate in design and architectural sessions to influence future technical direction of the Development team.

The Client Support Associate role is expected to provide end-user customer support to Billhighway clients as well as collaborate closely with internal Billhighway teams to improve the customer experience. Primary support channels are phone, email, and online chat. Client Support Associates are also responsible for becoming product experts and conducting training for external clients and Billhighway team members. A member of the Client Support team must demonstrate a high degree of accountability for providing excellent customer experiences and an understanding of the importance of their contributions to the success of the business. Client Support team members need to have flexibility in their work hours, with availability to work shifts as early as 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. and late as 10:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. Career Development: After completing their initial six months of training in Client Support, team members are eligible to participate in The Client Support Career Development Program where they will spend one day a week working on another team learning another area of the business. Team members work on real projects and have their own responsibilities.

  • Interpret financial data, explain billing statements, and assist administrators with collecting funds, budgeting, member management, and overall financial management of their groups
