This role: A day and week in the life…

  • Manage daily administration of database including user setups, profiles, roles, teams, and security levels.
  • Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Document, maintain and enhance workflows, functions, and configurations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues and lead training sessions for internal Salesforce users.
  • Create training materials and user documentation.
  • Evaluate and manage Salesforce releases.

  • Actively collaborate with product managers, customers, and cross-functional teams to understand processes, identify problems, and explore solution scenarios.
  • Craft detailed requirements using techniques such as activity diagrams, low-fidelity mockups, Jira user stories, and interface specifications.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation libraries to ensure products are easily understood and documentation stays current with the latest feature updates.
  • Interact closely with the development and quality teams to ensure decisions on product requirements are handled swiftly to enable teams to maintain velocity.
