Post-pandemic we are called to think and act differently about our chapters, and we’ve had to evaluate CEX with the same lens. So for 2022, instead of a one-day action-packed conference, we’ve embarked on an initiative to explore the dynamics of chapter-based organizations from a strategic, operational, and volunteer perspective. Our goal is to provide insight into how your association’s decision-makers, staff, and chapter leaders can all work together more cohesively and effectively to deliver value to members.
